How do I book on the Wax It App?
Please note: Booking times are a minimum of 24 hour in advance and require a deposit.
- Open the Menu item ‘Treatments’
- Press a Category that you wish to view.
- Press ‘Book’ on the treatment you would like and select any add-ons or enhancements.
- At the bottom of your screen you’ll see the ‘Cart’ of your service selections, repeat Step 2 & 3 until you have booked all your desired treatments.
- Press ‘Continue’ to begin selecting Date & Time of your upcoming visit.
- Review your booking and press ‘Proceed to Pay’
- Enter payment details and press ‘Complete Payment’.
How to earn Loyalty Points
To start earning loyalty points...
Guests must visit a Wax It salon and present their downloaded & registered Loyalty App to a team member.
- One (1) point for every dollar ($1.00) spend in salon*
- +50 Loyalty Points for Providing Feedback through Loyalty App (per visit)
- +50 Loyalty Points for Booking Online through Loyalty App
Every 1,000 Loyalty points you receive $20.00 in-salon credit to use on any treatment.
*Includes treatments, products, and packages. Excludes gift cards and memberships. Points expire 365 days after their awarded date.
